All of the ingredients used are local, organic, free-range and Fairtrade wherever possible. Because we believe that a cake should taste as good as it looks, we have an extensive range of flavours and are more than happy to create a bespoke flavour for your special occasion. We can cater to personal dietary requirements such as gluten- or dairy-free, although all our cakes are prepared in kitchens where nuts may be present, so are not suitable for anyone with a serious nut allergy. |
